HOW TO STORE YOUR HONEY

v    Honey should always be kept at room temperature between 60-80 degrees F.

v     Do not refrigerate or freeze honey as this would cause crystallization.  

v    Honey should also be kept out of direct sunlight as this will affect color of honey. 

v    Pure honey will sugar over long periods of time even in kept in best conditions.

v     If your honey should become grainy or hard to pour simply heat honey in a sauce pan with water over low heat until crystals dissolve. 

v    If honey is packaged in a plastic container use the process above with only warm water, not HOT water as would cause plastic container to melt.
